“Community Service Vol. 2"
Format: Digital Only
Released: 4/25/2006 (Nonsense Records)
Nonsense Records is currently accepting applications for volunteers with their next installment of Community Service Vol. 2. This unique service experience is where one can make a contribution to the building of habitats for hip hop heads everywhere. Nonsense enlisted 17 architects to map out the blue print of the house that hip hop built. X:144 & SPS pours the foundation and sets up the frame with steel vinyl poetics in To Self . Jalima Shani lays the bricks with her track Meet Jane as outside contractor Brzowski paves the driveway with Data Vault Road. S.K.I.P. and MTD does the installation and drywall with their tracks Se7en and Hunger Strike, while the interior décor is carefully chosen by the other artists on this project such as DJ Sept, Beef Wellington and Reckless Intelligence. If you are interested in participating in this community outreach project and are between the ages of 1 and 100 you must submit an application, which is available 365 days a year, to NonsenseRecords.com. Community Service Vol. 2 is a sponsored project by the people and for the people since 1982.
